As part of our continuous effort to introduce more talented artists around the world to our listeners, we are very proud to have <a href="http://www.breakfastwithcookies.com" target="_blank">Breakfast</a>, the brilliant electronic band hailed from Argentina, to join our ever-growing remix artists roster!
 
Some years ago, Ignacio and Luciano Brasolin, the duo behind the awesome audiovisual project <a href="http://www.breakfastwithcookies.com" target="_blank">Breakfast</a>, were having some personal dissatisfaction of their passages through different local projects. And eventually this has resulted in the forming of Breakfast, a band that blends a brilliant mix of IDM / Laptop Folk among others genres under a minimalist influence, and playing with all sorts of shapes and colors.
 
The duo also works together on visuals, and developed animations for projection in live performance, making each show a distinctively memorable experience.
From minimalism to melody and back again, Breakfast suggests a sequence of soundscapes, with a Game Boy, a kit of synths, drums and other electronic toys, which take their listeners onto a journey full of textures, random atmospheres and lovely melodies.
 
For this lovely remix of Kyo Ichinose’s “Before The Rain”, here is what <a href="http://www.breakfastwithcookies.com" target="_blank">Breakfast</a> said: "While we were listening to the original track for the first time, we feel like swimming in a sea full of textures and melodies. With these ideas in our head we began to remix the track like playing with our sensation before a rain in a beauty summer day. When we produce a remix, we use only small and representative part of the original track to make a new piece of music with our personal touch. Hope you like it!"
